WHAT IS IT?

 
Besides offering all the design and planning advantages of the Vertical Lift Storage Systems, "SPAZIO" thanks to innovative options , higher storage densities and flexibility than traditional Automated Storage and Retrieval Solutions “ASRS” Systems can be achieved.

The innovative features for “Spazio” are:
—  Possibility of designing the storage capacity of the system not only on the 
basis of the available height but also by exploiting the available width. 
The System can be expanded into available width thanks to the ability to 
move the tray laterally.
— Expandable solutions equivalent to 2 or 3 traditional warehouses placed 
side-by-side but utilizing 1 only tray transfer system which has the 
means of reaching all the trays present inside the vertical lift warehouse 
modules from only one operator position.

The “Spazio” Vertical Lift Warehouse System can be a stand-alone or part of a network with other Vertical Lift Warehouse Modules; this way it is possible to establish multiple and integrated installations.“Spazio” can also be networked with in house intranet and legacy systems to have fully computerized control of the Warehousing System. 

The operator post may be single bay or double bay in cases where larger picking capacity is required. Each bay is provided with monitor and keyboard. The post is designed for ergonomic operation.
The operator posts can be equipped with external extensions which help with the pickup of particularly heavy components using specially designed lifts.
